Su Willmott - Project HR
Su Willmott is our project Human Resource specialist. Su is an HR Consultant whose experience in all matters of employment means that she brings a fantastic, real world approach to getting the human resources angle right in projects. Not only does Su help in job profiling, recruiting, establishing contracts of employment, transfer of undertakings (TUPE), she is also great at helping align corporate and project performance management and appraisal systems, and with staff release at project completion. Su has worked predominantly in the SME market for the last four years supporting businesses across the UK who do not have the internal facilities to handle their own HR issues. One of her clients commented: ‘Su approached the whole situation with a level of professional confidence and integrity that I thought only possible in corporate HR departments.’ With a background in Sales and Marketing to Director level she is also capable of focusing her attention on training and development which naturally leads to human resource strategy and planning. Su is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Himmat Rai - Project Health & Safety
Himmat Rai is our project health & safety specialist who works with local businesses & multi-national companies throughout the UK, Europe and the Far East. Himmat began his professional career as an Environmental Health Officer in 1988, with responsibility to enforce the law in a diverse range of businesses. Since 1997, however, he has worked as a consultant in the private sector, gaining extensive experience in working with major companies throughout the UK and internationally, including Marks & Spencer, Müller Dairy and Pizza Hut. He is a Chartered Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner, and having started his career in the public sector, he continues to work as a consultant to the NHS and local authorities. Himmat is the author of ‘Food Emergencies – A Practical Approach to Prevention and Control’, has also written articles published by UK and International publications, and is regularly asked to speak at events & conferences. His extensive expertise is regularly called upon by instructing solicitors in his role as an Expert Witness with respect to both criminal and civil matters.
Oriean Kay - Business Operations Start-up
Oriean Kay is our business operations start-up specialist. Oriean has over a decade of management experience in operations, customer acquisition and business change. His has developed an ethos for successful pioneering through his experience performing various roles within private, public and third sectors, and across the retail and employment markets for organisations such as Powergen, NatWest, Pertemps and 1-800gotjunk. Business operation start-up projects demand a range of skills, and Oriean is competent in areas as diverse as project management, transport licensing, gorilla marketing, sales management, franchising, product development, coaching, and recruitment. He particularly enjoys successful implementation for business operations start-ups within the service industries. Oriean’s core values are high regard for total professionalism, integrity and results.
Ian Jones - Marketing Strategy
Ian Jones is our marketing strategy specialist. He has worked with some of the world’s leading organisations creating millions through their marketing and operational functions. He has specialist skills in developing and building sustainable profit advantages for businesses as well as defining and delivering effective routes to market. Despite his experience with global companies Ian is also able to adapt his strategies to suit smaller enterprises and still achieve massive results. Using strategic planning processes Ian drives projects that enable companies to achieve their goals faster, for less cost. Ian is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
